Our team worked in partnership with City of York Council to provide complete Mechanical and Electrical works to the new extension of The Energise Gym, York. We designed and installed all Mechanical and Electrical services to the new extension, including Standard and Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, PA Systems, Television Installations, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Ductwork, and Building Management System Controls.

We designed the project at The Energise Gym to meet BREEAM "Excellent" Standards, ensuring the new building is in the top 10% of new non-domestic buildings in the UK in terms of sustainability performance.
